Helena Levee Walk

The Helena Levee Walk offers visitors a chance to stroll along the mighty Mississippi River while exploring the region's rich blues heritage. The paved walking path runs along the top of the levee, providing spectacular views of the river, the Helena Bridge, and the Mississippi Delta landscape.

Along the walk, you'll find interpretive markers from the Mississippi Blues Trail, telling stories of the legendary musicians who shaped the blues in Helena. The levee is particularly beautiful at sunrise and sunset, when the river takes on golden hues.

The walk is easily accessible from downtown Helena and connects to Cherry Street, making it perfect to combine with visits to the Delta Cultural Center and KFFA Radio.
