Pricing and Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total reservation amount plus any additional charges incurred during your stay.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on our Policies page. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms. Special events may have modified cancellation policies which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all inn policies. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Disruptive behavior affecting other guests
  • Damage to property
  • Violation of inn policies

Liability

The Edwardian Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest property during your stay. We recommend securing valuables and obtaining travel insurance.

Guests are responsible for any damage to inn property caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed to the credit card on file.

Our website and its content are owned by The Edwardian Inn and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
