Peaceful yoga practice

Wellness in the Delta

Slow Down.
Breathe Deep.

The Delta moves at its own pace. There's space here to quiet your mind, stretch your body, and reconnect with what matters. Our partnership with Delta Yoga Collective brings that intention to life.

Community Partner

Delta Yoga Collective

Founded in 2021 by Jackie Dean, Delta Yoga Collective brings yoga to the Delta community in a way that's accessible, welcoming, and deeply rooted in place. Jackie is a passionate educator who believes yoga should meet people where they are.

The collective offers weekly classes in Helena, workshops throughout the region, and special retreats that combine practice with the natural beauty of the Delta. Their approach is designed for “every body”—with modifications offered and no experience required.

Delta Yoga Collective is connected to Delta Magic, a nonprofit dedicated to highlighting the magic that exists in this community. When you practice with them, you're supporting something larger than a class.

At The Inn

Yoga on the Porch

When the weather cooperates, Jackie brings yoga to our wraparound porch. There's something special about practicing with the sounds of the Delta around you—birdsong in the morning, cicadas in the evening, and always that unhurried pace.

These sessions are open to inn guests and sometimes to the broader community. Check with us when you book to see what's scheduled during your stay.

Deeper Practice

Wellness Retreats

Delta Yoga Collective hosts retreats throughout the year, combining yoga practice with the natural beauty of the region. Past retreats have included Restore in the Outdoors—a weekend of yoga, wellness, and community at Storm Creek Lake in Mississippi River State Park.

The Edwardian Inn has hosted retreat participants and private group retreats. Our historic property, 40 acres of grounds, and comfortable accommodations make an ideal setting for groups seeking a meaningful getaway.

If you're interested in organizing a retreat—yoga, creative, professional, or personal—we'd love to discuss how we can help bring your vision to life.

The Pace of the Delta

Wellness Beyond the Mat

The Delta itself is a form of therapy. Sometimes the most restorative thing you can do is slow down and let the place work on you.

40 Acres to Wander

Walking trails, meadows, and woods right on our property. No destination required.

Porch Sitting

A lost art, revived. Our wraparound porch invites you to do absolutely nothing.

Wildlife Watching

Deer, wild turkeys, and countless birds. Early morning is best.

Digital Detox

We have WiFi, but you don't have to use it. The Delta is better unplugged.

Ready to Restore?

Whether you're joining a class, booking a retreat, or simply seeking a quiet place to breathe, we're here to welcome you.
