Things To Know Before Your Stay
We want your stay to be warm, safe, and enjoyable. Please review our policies below.
Booking Requirements
- All bookings must be made by an individual at least 21 years of age, who will be considered the lead guest.
- The lead guest is responsible for all cancellations, non-arrivals, and damages caused by the booking party.
- Only the lead guest and named booking party are permitted to use the property and facilities. Third-party visitors require express permission.
Deposits & Payments
- A deposit equal to the first night's stay for each reserved room is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, check, and cash payments.
Cancellations & Refunds
Individual Bookings:
- More than 7 days before arrival: Full deposit refund minus $10 cancellation fee per room
- 7 to 2 days before arrival: Forfeit deposit
- Within 2 days of arrival: Charged for entire stay
Group Bookings (5+ rooms):
- More than one month before arrival: Full deposit refund minus $10 cancellation fee per room
- One month to 7 days before arrival: Forfeit deposit
- 7 to 2 days before arrival: Charged 50% of total booking (max 4 nights)
- Within 2 days of arrival: Charged for entire booking
No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.

Check-in
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Check-out
11:00 AM
Early Check-In:
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Available at no charge, subject to availability
- Before 1:00 PM: $35 flat fee, subject to availability. Please notify us 24 hours in advance when possible.
Late Check-Out:
- Until 1:00 PM: Available at no charge, subject to availability
- After 1:00 PM: 50% of nightly room rate, subject to availability. Please inform us by 9:00 AM on departure day.
Late check-ins after 6:00 PM must be arranged in advance.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards others and the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Smoking Policy
- Tobacco smoking is prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
- Marijuana smoking is permitted only for guests with valid medical documentation in designated outdoor areas.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals and one dog in our Helena Phillips room.
- Pet fee: $25
- Please notify us when booking if you plan to bring a pet
Room Occupancy
Rates are based on maximum room occupancy. Additional guests may be allowed for $25 per guest.
WiFi Usage
- Complimentary WiFi is provided for general use (browsing, email, social media).
- It's not suited for heavy streaming, gaming, or large downloads/uploads.
- Illegal use of the network is prohibited and will be reported.
Damages & Lost Property
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report accidental damages immediately.
- Lost keys incur a $30 replacement fee.
- Lost items are held for 30 days; shipping costs are the guest's responsibility.
Parking
- Complimentary on-site parking is provided.
- We are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss to guest vehicles.
Legal Compliance
- We comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- We do not discriminate based on race, religion, sex, or any protected status.
- Violations of our policies may result in charges, eviction, or legal action. We reserve the right to refuse service for non-compliance.
